Dr. Coselli
Dr. Joseph
S. Coselli is a native Houstonian who earned his undergraduate degree
at the University of Notre Dame, and his medical degree from the University
of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed both his general surgery
and thoracic surgery residencies at Baylor College of Medicine. He currently
serves as director of the Baylor Thoracic Residency Program, Chief of
the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine,
Chief of Adult Cardiac Surgery at the Texas Heart Institute and St. Luke's
Episcopal Hospital, and also serves as Associate Chief of the Cardiovascular
Service
at St. Luke's.

Coselli's clinical expertise is in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.

Publications
Dr.
Coselli has authored or co-authored more than 200 peer reviewed articles
for scholarly and professional journals; contributed chapters to more
than 20 books; produced 21 educational videos and films, and given more
than 350 presentations to professional audiences worldwide. His subjects
include a broad range of topics surrounding the diagnosis and management
of thoracic diseases.
